Optimized Artificial Intelligence Systems Inc. ("OAIS", "we", "us") is incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We build AI sovereignty infrastructure for regulated enterprises. Our website is oais.ai.

What We Collect

When you use our website, we may collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form, including your name, email address, organization, title, and message content. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use third-party analytics on this site.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule demos, and provide information about our products and services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sentinel Core & Sentinel Guard — Data Handling

Our products are designed with a zero-knowledge architecture. Sentinel Core hashes AI interaction content using an HMAC key held exclusively by the client. OAIS receives only cryptographic fingerprints — never the underlying content. Sentinel Guard operates in metadata-only mode by default; content capture is an opt-in configuration controlled by the client.

Data Storage & Security

Contact form submissions are transmitted via your email client (mailto). We do not store form data on our servers. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel with HTTPS encryption in transit.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@oais.ai.
