Who We Are
Optimized Artificial Intelligence Systems Inc. ("OAIS", "we", "us") is incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We build AI sovereignty infrastructure for regulated enterprises. Our website is oais.ai.
What We Collect
When you use our website, we may collect information you voluntarily provide through our demo request and contact forms, including your name, work email address, organization, title, organization type, areas of interest, timeline, and message content. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use third-party analytics on this site.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule demos, and provide information about our products and services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Sentinel Core & Sentinel Guard — Data Handling
Our products are designed with a zero-knowledge architecture. Sentinel Core hashes AI interaction content using an HMAC key held exclusively by the client. OAIS receives only cryptographic fingerprints — never the underlying content. What Sentinel Guard captures is configured for each deployment and agreed with the client.
Data Storage & Security
Demo and contact requests submitted through our website are sent over HTTPS to our website infrastructure (Vercel) and stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States). The website itself can only add new requests; it cannot read, change or delete stored requests. Access to stored requests is limited to OAIS personnel who respond to them. We may use an email or messaging service provider to notify our team that a new request has arrived.
Alongside the details you enter, we record the page you submitted from, your browser's user-agent string and the country inferred from your IP address, to prevent spam and abuse. Because these providers operate outside Canada, your information may be processed in, and be accessible to authorities under the laws of, the United States.
We keep request records only as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and delete them on request. If you opt in to receive research and product updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by emailing info@oais.ai.
Support Assistant
The support assistant on our website is an AI system. Your messages are sent to an AI model provider through Vercel's AI Gateway to generate replies. We do not store conversations unless the assistant passes your request to our team (for example an incident report or a request to speak with someone). In that case, the conversation and the contact details you give are stored as a support ticket and sent to our on-call staff by email and phone notification. Please do not share passwords, keys or customer data in the chat.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@oais.ai.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
